What Is the Oxygen Forensics TechHub App?
Oxygen Forensics TechHub is a mobile companion to the Oxygen Forensics customer ecosystem. It brings together essential tools—such as support requests, the Knowledge Base, and community discussions—into one intuitive interface designed specifically for forensic professionals and technical users.
Instead of searching emails, websites, or portals, users can rely on a single app to manage interactions with Oxygen Forensics and with other professionals who use the same tools.
How Oxygen Forensics TechHub Helps You Work More Efficiently
Faster Access to Support
With Oxygen Forensics TechHub, users can submit support tickets directly from their mobile device, attach screenshots or files, and track ticket progress in real time. This reduces delays and ensures issues are documented clearly from the start. Ticket updates are visible in the app and also delivered via email, keeping users informed every step of the way.
Instant Answers Through the Knowledge Base
The built-in Knowledge Base provides access to official documentation, troubleshooting guides, and step-by-step instructions. Users can search articles, browse by category, and even vote on content to help highlight the most useful resources. This allows many questions to be answered immediately—without opening a ticket.
